These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these Terms and Conditions.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you (re-)visit one of our stores.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or suggest that you (re-)visit one of our stores.
On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in-store.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
Promotion exclusions are currently in place for packages or items that have already been discounted. The following brands are also excluded from any promotions: Snuz, Egg. Oeuf NYC & UPPAbaby
Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this the same day for all orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri (excl Bank Holidays). Orders received after this time may be sent no later than the following working day.
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on this website.
We use the industry leading internet payment company Protx to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. The following security systems are used.
Transaction security. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage. All sensitive data is secured on Protx using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks. Protx has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access. No individuals within Huggle or Protx are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
We use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keep your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details, they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Industry-leading fraud prevention is just one of the reasons PayPal is a safe way to pay online. PayPal uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system. Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next working day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
Standard deliveries will be made between 9am - 5pm. If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
If Goods are being ordered from outside United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. huggle Ltd is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and huggle Ltd cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition, in original undamaged packaging and returned within 7 days.
Returns can be made through either of these options:
1. Returns via Royal Mail / Courier
Please include: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

2. Returns via store
• Simply take the despatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the appropriate store and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days, in original, undamaged packaging and with the original receipt for a full refund. This refund only includes the total for goods sent not the delivery charge. We will, however, not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
• The original account no longer exists
• The original account details have expired
• The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers
• The recipient requires a credit
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised or perishable goods (such as food) unless they are faulty: For reasons of hygiene, safety and copyright, we cannot refund or exchange the following products once the packaging has been opened unless they are faulty: Pushchairs, carseats, mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, pillows, cosmetics, children's car seats, swimwear, CD, DVD, tapes or other recording media, software or videos.
We will only refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged.
Unwanted purchases of furniture, large electrical appliances and outdoor toys
Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location before ordering large pieces of furniture, electrical appliances or outdoor toys to ensure successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £50 to cover the collection cost. *
Cancellation of made-to-order products
Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*
