We have made updates to our logistics, transportation, supply chain, purchasing and other processes to ensure you can continue to shop with us, have your orders delivered to your door, and stay safe. Our couriers are now also providing contactless delivery. However, as a result, some of our deliveries may be taking longer than usual and some of your favourite items might not always be available. Please also ensure that you review your order at checkout as some of our standard delivery timeframes have changed as a result. We hope you’ll bear with us as we do our best to continue to deliver to you during these difficult times.
Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £60, the cost is £4.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. You will receive your delivery within 2-7 working days. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order between 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. A Saturday delivery can be arranged - prices start at £12.95 per box (under 20kg) and £19.95 per box (over 20kg). If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.
Standard furniture delivery:
This service is free of charge. Your furniture will be delivered to your front door in 7 working days. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order between 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. You will be advised of the date of your delivery in advance. We are not able to provide a more specific time for your delivery with this service.
Saturday furniture delivery can be arranged for a cost of £60.00.
Large item 2 man delivery:
The cost of this service is £20.00. Your order will be delivered by our 2 man service to a room of choice in 2-3 weeks. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order between 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. You will be contacted by our team in advance of the delivery date (normally 1 week) to confirm a 3 hour delivery slot on a specific date.

White Glove Delivery & Installation (within 2-3 weeks):
This is a timed delivery and install service available within the M25 only between 9am - 6pm. Your furniture will be delivered and installed by a 2 man delivery team to your room of choice within 21 days. All packaging will also be removed. This service costs £80 for the first piece plus £80 for each additional item. More complicated items such as wardrobes, dressers, bunk beds and Alondra convertible cribs are charged between £130 and £300. Our white glove team will call to arrange a suitable date for your install and will then call you the day prior to install to confirm the 2 hour arrival time slot.
Please select your country and your shipping cost and delivery time frame will be shown. BREXIT UPDATE: Please be aware that following changes on Dec 31st 2020, some duties & taxes may now be applied locally and will be collected by the courier (at the present time this will also include Northern Ireland unfortunately). Local duties & taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to pay these could result in the return of the order and charges being applied.
Rest of World:
We ship to the following countries; Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, USA. You will find the costs at checkout. For other countries, please email email@example.com and we will provide a quote for shipping. Local duties & taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Failure to pay these could result in the return of the order and charges being applied.
Bunk beds, single beds, wardrobes and pre-built dressers (Oeuf NYC) are not available for free delivery due to the nature of their size and packaging.
Customers are required to ensure that the products ordered will fit into their property and can be easily transported. We include all product weights & dimensions on our website. If you are unsure of anything please do call beforehand and one of our team will be happy to assist you with some advice.
Changes to Delivery Dates:
If you are unable to accommodate the delivery for any reason once arranged, we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we can arrange another date at no extra charge. If you are unable to notify us within this timeframe we reserve the right to levy a charge to reschedule your delivery or installation. Longer lead times are applicable for deliveries outside of the M25.
No-one at Home Charges:
If there is no-one at available to accept the delivery on the date agreed, a redelivery charge may be applied. If a new delivery date cannot be arranged within 21 working days of the original agreed date, a storage charge may also be incurred (dependent on the sizes of the items stored).
